The villa, which was designed in the Karaburun district of Çeşme district of İzmir province, was designed as 2-storey reinforced concrete. While using the construction precedent, which is determined as the main fiction of the design, it is designed to allow the building to establish a visual relationship between the life around the plot and a common space. Most of the daily common life takes place between the living room and the kitchen. In addition to this life, a green and visually related winter garden is designed around the plot. This place offers an interface to the villa users by opening to the garden and green while turning back to the villa entrance. We think that this interface will offer a pleasant life at Vılla Yıldırım.
