The villa, which was designed in the Karaburun district in the Çeşme district of İzmir province, was designed as 2-storey reinforced concrete. While using the construction precedent, which is determined as the main fiction of the design, it is designed to allow the building to establish a visual relationship with the life around the plot. Most of the daily common life takes place between the living room and the kitchen. In addition to this life, a green and visually related winter garden was designed around the plot. This place offers an interface to the villa users by opening to the garden and green while turning its back to the villa entrance. We think that this interface will offer a pleasant life at Vılla Yıldırım.
